Commit to the Cultural Promise: |
We forge relationships with on-campus Hispanic Student Organizations to provide them with career development roadmaps through culturally tailored Hispanic Leadership programs that include: keynotes, mentoring, workshops, executive education, etc. |
Serve Hispanics with a Generous Purpose: |
We facilitate workshop sessions that train Universities how to create authentic Hispanic Student recruitment programs. In addition, CHL will serve to design Donor and Scholarship programs in support of purposeful Hispanic Student initiatives. |
Be Proactive in the Hispanic Leadership Conversation: |
We guide University partners to become active participants in the Hispanic Leadership conversation. CHL desires to partner with Universities that want to discover new opportunities and genuine methods to best engage with the Hispanic Student Community. |
Engage with Fresh Leadership Methods: |
The core principals of Hispanic Leadership are extremely relevant to how organizations must reinvent themselves in the new economy. |
Embrace Innovation through Diversity: |
We explore the role of Hispanic professionals and diversity at-large and its impact and influence on propelling innovation in the workplace. CHL examines the landscape of business, society and the trends that now define the "new normal" and the new types of leadership opportunities for Hispanic professionals and multicultural groups at-large. |
Enhance Exposure to Hispanic Professionals: |
Our proven track record of attracting high potential Hispanic Professionals from America's leading Corporations will allow University partners to more authentically engage and create new recruitment opportunities. |
Mass Media Awareness: |
We will further broaden and create heightened awareness of the Hispanic Leadership conversation across local and national media. CHL's media relationships with both English and Spanish language outlets will engage TV, Radio, Print and Online communication channels of distribution. In addition, CHL will leverage its established social media platform and newly designed website where people will be able to follow Tour activities at www.HispanicLeadershipTour.com. |
Financial Impact: |
We offer two significant opportunities for University partners to benefit financially from co-marketing the Thought-Leadership Symposium and Hispanic Leadership Workshop. Moreover, there are extended opportunities to collaborate with CHL by offering a Hispanic Leadership Extended and or Executive Execution curriculum as a strategic outreach program to recruit more Hispanic Professionals. |
